EmpowerTrainSM is a comprehensive, customizable training solution for the ongoing training needs of an organization.
Though we view training development and delivery as a component of a larger “change management” universe on our implementation and upgrade projects, we offer EmpowerTrainSM as a standalone training services to our clients. This offering can be as part of projects we are involved in or as a training only service for organizations that prefer customized training to meet their needs.
Using our training templates and predefined courses, we can offer flexible approaches to providing training solutions for each one of our clients. The approach can vary depending upon the number of available training delivery resources, the available or planned enhancements to training technology such as CBT, and the availability of resources to be trained. However, the most important criteria we would consider when designing a targeted approach to training for our clients is our goal of providing a balance between training effectiveness and expense. We believe that Training is a critical part of a successful information system and don’t believe organizations should have to spend an arm and a leg to get it.
