• Local training. We can offer training onsite at your facilities, conducted by our personnel. There is no need for your personnel to travel to other locations. Other vendors may suggest that your personnel attend standard OEM training. By having experienced consultants facilitate training, they will not only convey the contents of the training materials, they will also be able to share their real world implementation experience with your project team members.

• Instructor led training. We can deliver instructor led training to your end users. We have found that training is more effective when it is instructor led. We have experience in delivering both remote instructor led training and onsite instructor led training. We have found that it is more effective for the student if the instructor is onsite. There can be more interaction, immediate feedback, and team learning that facilitates effective learning. That is what we are proposing.

• We have done this before. As a leading PeopleSoft implementation partner, we have developed and delivered training for many of our clients, including training users in multiple languages such as Spanish and English. We will work with you to ensure that the training we deliver facilitates learning for your project team.

• Flexibility. For organizations that have limited training resources, we can deliver team training or a Train-The-Trainer approach. We will provide trainers to ensure the training is delivered in a timely manner (just in time training) to accommodate your needs. We work with our clients to assess their specific needs and are available to employ a mix of training vehicles and venues in a modular format based on end-users’ needs. This approach offers flexibility for the students in terms of learning style, content, and time spent in training. The instructional strategy will introduce the new processes and will teach critical job tasks while providing an opportunity for repeated hands-on practice and simulation.

• We can produce Computer Based Training. By creating classroom-like training in re-usable form that can be played back by users when they need to refresh certain concepts, your users will not be dependent on classroom-based training, nor on external consultants to train them.
