Since Empower Solutions' birth, we have focused our energy on assisting our clients with the implementation of PeopleSoft applications.
Our history with PeopleSoft which is now part of Oracle refers back to version 3.0 and the creation of PeopleSoft for public sector.
This creation later became known as PeopleSoft for education and government. As a company, we were there in the design, development,
and testing of the first public sector specific functionality in the PeopleSoft product. This included fund accounting, encumbrance
accounting, and the budgetary control process.
Our consultants, many of whom are still with us through this transition, have experience implementing every PeopleSoft version until
