Empower Solutions successfully completes upgrade to PeopleSoft Financials 9.1
Empower Solutions recently completed the upgrade of a large agency’s PeopleSoft Financials system to version 9.1. The upgrade was completed on time and on budget. The newly upgraded system includes interfaces to other systems such as Tivoli, newly developed reports, and enhanced functionality and technology.

Empower Solutions was awarded a contract to upgrade a major Judicial Branch to Financials 9.1 from 8.4. The project, which was awarded as a result of a competitive bid process, will enable this client to be up to date with its PeopleSoft support and will establish the platform on which to implement additional modules and functionality shortly after the upgrade.

Empower Solutions partners with a County Government to upgrade PeopleSoft Financials in under five months
Empower Solutions, working together with the client’s technical and functional resources, recently completed the upgrade of PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain to version 9.1. The project began in January of 2011 and was completed in May. Empower Solutions provided support, guidance and oversight services, as well as functional configuration help, conversion assistance, testing and training services. The work was completed with a combination of onsite and offsite consulting help to provide the best value to this client.

Empower Solutions, as a result of a competitive RFP process, was recently awarded a contract to perform an assessment of a government agency’s PeopleSoft Financials applications. The Empower Solutions bid was selected over all others because it provided the best overall value to this client. The team of experienced consultants, proven methodology and deliverable templates, and the low cost of the overall solution proved to be an unmatched differentiator for the Empower bid. The project started with an analysis of the client’s existing configuration, processes and needs and will conclude with recommendations for the implementation of improvements based on best practices and on the use of delivered functionality to maximize the client’s use of their PeopleSoft applications.

Empower Solutions was recently selected by a major state agency to conduct the upgrade of its PeopleSoft Financials environment to the latest 9.1 version. The project, which is currently under way, includes the implementation of Billing and E-Billing as well as the implementation of PeopleSoft Time and Labor. It is an important win for the Empower Solutions team that continues to lead the way with implementations and upgrades to the latest PeopleSoft releases.
