The things that I like best about working for Empower Solutions are actually two-fold. The first is the great camaraderie that employees at all levels in the organization feel for each other. Since our homes and our clients are so geographically dispersed, it would be very easy to view Empower Solutions as only being the size of your current engagement. However, it is very apparent whenever we get together for company meetings, proposal development, etc. that this feeling of camaraderie and friendship goes much deeper than simply co-workers."
The other item that I find very appealing is the entrepreneurial spirit that is fostered and continues to grow within our culture. Employees are encouraged to seek out new business opportunities and business offerings that will continue to benefit our clients as well as contribute to the growth of our organization. When people see that there are no "glass ceilings" and can control some of their own destiny, I believe they open up and begin to explore ways to further develop as both individuals and professionals.
I have greatly enjoyed my tenure here at Empower Solutions, and hope to continue working here for many years to come.
