Utilizing our extensive knowledge of K-12 public school systems, Empower Solutions has implemented an internal SAP version ECC 5.0 Financials,
Supply Chain, and Human Resources application solution. In doing so, we have relied upon our numerous successfully completed K-12 ERP
implementations to provide a foundation of knowledge consisting of best business practices, efficient system processes, and issue resolutions
pertaining specifically to K-12. We call this solution our SAP Model School District.
The SAP Model School District may be used for demonstration and sandbox purposes, but also provides the cornerstone for rapidly implementing
SAP’s Financial, Supply Chain, and Human Resource applications at your organization. By leveraging many of the best practices, documentation
templates, and custom developed solutions that we have implemented in the Model School District, Empower Solutions can shave time and expense
off your implementation. Much of our knowledge, templates, and solutions are transferable to your organization thus will result in a more
rapid, cost effective implementation. In addition, custom state specific reporting requirements are being developed within the Model School
District SAP Business Warehouse. This template for state specific reports will help reduce time associated with developing each school
district’s state mandated reporting requirements.
